Two vehicles collided on Interstate 10 near Palm Desert Monday, temporarily blocking the eastbound fast lane but causing no injuries.

The crash involving a Subaru and a Toyota Tundra was reported at 5:12 p.m. west of Cook Street, according to the California Highway Patrol.

At least one of the vehicles remained in the fast lane following the crash, temporarily snarling traffic, although all lanes were reported back open within 20 minutes of the crash.
