A person was killed Wednesday in a traffic crash in the Riverside area.
The crash was reported about 7:30 a.m. at Van Buren Boulevard and Meridian Parkway, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Information on the identity of the fatally injured person was not immediately released.
The circumstances of the crash were under investigation.
