The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Riverside County rose one-tenth of a cent Sunday to $3.113 one day after increasing two-tenths of a cent.
The average price is a half-cent less than one week ago, two-tenths of a cent lower than one month ago and 56.7 cents cheaper than one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service. It has dropped 39.5 cents since the start of the year.
After rising for six consecutive days for a total of 2.4 cents, the Riverside County average price has dropped three times and risen three times over the past six days, decreasing eight-tenths of a cent.
