As the work week begins, expect patchy fog during morning commutes and by Thursday the drive may include rain.

Seasonal weather is forecast Monday through Wednesday — some overnight fog, clearing to partly cloudy skies, according to the National Weather Service. Daytime highs will reach the mid-60s in Los Angeles, with overnight lows dropping into the low to mid 50s.

But by Thursday, a chance of rain is forecast with rain likely overnight, the NWS is reporting.

A chance of showers continues into Friday, but mostly sunny skies return Saturday.

Temperatures will remain moderate as the low pressure system moves in. Expect daytime highs to reach the low 60s Thursday and Friday. Friday night temps will drop to the mid 40s.
