The Shops at Dos Lagos Polar Express train ride to meet Santa Claus will return this weekend and continue through Dec. 24.
The attraction kicks off this Saturday during the Shops at Dos Lagos tree lighting ceremony. Although tickets for the train ride attraction are sold out during the tree lighting ceremony, visitors can still get a chance to ride the polar express train until Dec. 24.
The Shops at Dos Lagos, located at 2780 Cabot Drive in Corona, will be hosting several holiday events this season including the tree lighting ceremony and Santa Claus arrival, which is set to begin at 9 a.m. Saturday with a free viewing of “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” at the Dos Lagos Luxury Theaters.
The tree lighting will commence at 5 p.m., followed by children’s festivities including face painting, balloon twisters, crafts and games until 8 p.m.
On Dec. 7, the Shops at Dos Lagos will host its snow day with 50 tons of fresh snow from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
