A fire damaged a Los Angeles County Fire Department station in Huntington Park Wednesday, but no one was hurt.
The fire was reported at about 4 a.m. in Station 164, a two-story building in the 6000 block of Santa Fe Avenue, according to the county fire department, which provides firefighting services for the city of Huntington Park.
The flames were extinguished in about an hour and 20 minutes, the department reported. The cause of the fire was under investigation.
