Police asked for public help Saturday evening to find a 22-year-old woman who reportedly has the mental capacity of a 7-year-old and went missing from her front yard in San Diego, according to San Diego police.
Alejandra Diana Cuellar was last seen in front of her home at 7230 Amherst St. about 5:40 p.m., the SDPD reported.
Cuellar is Hispanic. She stands 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs about 120 pounds. She has brown eyes and dark brown hair, police said. She was last seen wearing a black tank top, black leggings and black-and-white Pink brand shoes.
She does not have access to money or her cell phone, the SDPD reported.
She walks with a limp and has a speech impediment causing her to stutter. She has never wandered from home before, police said.
