A motorcyclist was killed after a collision on a downtown freeway early Saturday morning.
The collision occurred on the westbound lanes of the Santa Monica (10) Freeway near South San Pedro Street at 1:05 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol online incident log.
The victim died at the scene, according to the CHP.
