An at-risk 13-year-old girl was reported missing after being last seen Monday in the Arlington Heights area of Los Angeles, prompting the issuance of an Endangered Missing Advisory.

The California Highway Patrol activated the alert on behalf of the Los Angeles Police Department.

Jazmin Lopez was last seen on Monday at approximately 4 p.m. near Bronson Avenue and Venice Boulevard, according to the CHP.

Jazmin was described as a 5-foot-4-inch-tall girl weighing 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a gray shirt, sweatpants and sandals.

Anyone with information regarding Jazmin’s whereabouts was urged to call 911.

The Endangered Missing Advisory is an alert designated for the suspicious disappearance of at-risk missing children or other endangered individuals.
