Sheriff’s detectives Saturday appealed to the public for help locating a 63-year-old man with a mental health condition who went missing from Valinda.
Walter Joaquin Posada was last seen about 4:30 p.m. Friday in the 1100 block of Indian Summer Avenue, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Posada requires medication for his mental health condition, and his family is concerned for his well-being, sheriff’s officials said.
Posada is Hispanic, 5 feet, 7 inches tall, 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt, black jacket and blue pants.
