A 44-year-old Long Beach man pleaded guilty and was immediately sentenced to a year in jail Monday for stealing bronze plaques in Huntington Beach, Orange and Tustin, according to court records.
Sean Green pleaded guilty to 10 counts of grand theft and 10 counts of vandalism, all felonies. Orange County Superior Court Judge Bryan Clavecilla gave the defendant credit for 148 days served in jail since his arrest.
According to the criminal complaint, Green is accused of stealing plaques in Orange Jan. 14, Jan. 18, Nov. 9, Huntington Beach on Sept. 4 and Nov. 9, and Tustin on Jan. 20.
