A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle and critically injured in Woodland Hills early Thursday.
Officers responded at approximately 12:30 a.m. Thursday near Oxnard Street and Topanga Canyon Boulevard regarding a crash involving a vehicle and pedestrian, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The pedestrian was taken to a hospital for treatment, police said.
Reports from the scene indicated that a vehicle traveling northbound on Topanga Canyon Boulevard struck the victim, who was apparently propelled through the windshield.
