A multi-vehicle collision in Hyde Park left two people dead and a child injured Friday.
The crash occurred around 10:45 a.m. Friday in the 7700 block of Crenshaw Boulevard, near South Victoria Avenue, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Police said the male driver and a male passenger of one of the vehicles were pronounced dead at the scene, with a child in the same vehicle injured and taken to a hospital.
The extent of the child’s injuries was not disclosed.
The names of both victims were being withheld pending notification of relatives.
The cause of the collision remained under investigation.
