A multi-vehicle crash in Temecula left four people with injuries Sunday.
At least one person had to be extricated from the four vehicles involved in the collision, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
The crash at the intersection of Butterfield Stage Road and Channel Street was reported at 7:05 p.m. Sunday, the department reported.
Two people suffered what were described as serious injuries and two others sustained moderate injuries. Three others were evaluated and declined further treatment, the department reported.
There was no information about the genders and ages of victims.
The cause of the crash remained under investigation.
