Firefighters contained a fire that was set in a shed in Thousand Palms, authorities said.
The fire was reported at 5:58 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Quivira and Oakland Hills streets, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
Crews remained at the scene for approximately one hour to monitor the situation.
No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire was not immediately clear.
