A large tree fell onto communication cable lines in the North Hollywood area Monday, but no one was hurt and no electrical service was affected.
Firefighters were sent to the 13600 block of Delano Street at 10:45 a.m., said Katherine Main of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The tree fell onto communication cable lines, resulting in a broken pole, but electrical service was not interrupted, according to the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power.
