A person was found dead Thursday at the scene of a fire that damaged a mobile home in Glendora, authorities said.
Firefighters sent to the 400 block of East Route 66 at 11:34 a.m. extinguished the flames in about 20 minutes, county fire Inspector Randall Wright said
No information was immediately available about the victim, who was found in the Tropics Trailer Park.
Authorities first reported one victim had been found in the mobile home and later that a second body was discovered, but after the coroner’s office conducted a more thorough investigation, it was determined only one victim was found, Glendora police Cpl. Shawna Celello said.
