Richard Edward Ray, 37, was found guilty Dec. 9 of 17 felony counts involving three girls between the ages of 5 and 14, according to Deputy District Attorney Stephen Morgan.
The abuse, which began in 1996 and ended with his arrest in September 2014, occurred in the Antelope Valley and Nevada, according to the prosecutor.
Ray was convicted of five counts of committing a lewd act on a child, two counts each of continuous sexual abuse, oral copulation or sexual penetration with a child 10 or younger and aggravated assault of a child.
He was also was found guilty of one count each of forcible rape of a child over the age of 14, incest, sexual intercourse or sodomy with a child 10 or younger, sodomy of a person under 14 with a 10-year age difference, aggravated sexual assault of a child and making criminal threats.
