A mentally challenged 21-year-old man who disappeared Feb. 4 was found at a hospital and is in good condition, Los Angeles police reported Friday.
Authorities did not say how Andrew Lee Valles — who has the mental capacity of an 8-year-old — wound up at the facility.
Prior to his arrival at the hospital, Valles was last seen about 1 p.m. Feb. 4 in the 8600 block of West Third Street, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
