Rudolpho “Rudy” Mejia, who suffers from depression and cardiovascular complications, was last seen about 3:30 p.m. on Sept. 1 as he left his home on Vineyard Avenue in Duarte, according to Deputy Jeffrey Gordon of the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.

He was driving a white 2015 Dodge Ram, California license plate 02899W1. The pickup truck was found abandoned on Sept. 13 in Azusa Canyon in the San Gabriel Mountains, Gordon said.
