
Three people were injured in a four-vehicle crash on the Antelope Valley (14) Freeway in Palmdale, the California Highway Patrol said Saturday.
The crash on the southbound freeway, north of Palmdale Boulevard, was triggered at 12:25 p.m. Friday by a motorist driving a 2016 Hino that rear- ended a 2014 Toyota, the CHP reported.

The Toyota overturned and struck a BMW. The Toyota then continued southbound and struck a 2017 BMW.
A 23-year-old man who was driving the Toyota was rushed to Antelope Valley Hospital with moderate injuries and the driver in the BMW, a 55-year-old woman, was taken to Palmdale Regional Medical Center with moderate injuries.
Paramedics transported the motorist in the 2017 BMW, a 34-year-old man, to Palmdale Regional Medical Center with minor injuries.
No one was arrested and it was not immediately known if any motorist was cited.
