A plane crash Sunday in Ventura County, near the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library, has killed two people, according to early reports.
The crash was reported around 3:30 p.m. in the 2700 block of Marvella Court in the Santa Rosa Valley, approximately two miles west of the library.

When authorities arrived, they found the downed single engine plane behind a home.
At least two people died at the scene, according to reports.
