
A man covered in blood was hospitalized in critical condition after he was stabbed multiple times and managed to get to a South Los Angeles fire station for help, authorities said.
The man turned up at about 4:30 p.m. Saturday at Los Angeles Fire Station 64 at 108th and Main streets, Los Angeles Police Lt. Ray Garvin said.
He was taken to a hospital, where his vital signs were stable, Garvin said.
It appeared the stabbing may be related to a street robbery, he said.
There was no suspect information and the victim was not cooperating with police.
