Stabbing victim dumped near a scenic highway identified

A woman whose body was found dumped on the Angeles Crest Highway north of La Canada Flintridge was publicly identified Wednesday. She was Raylynn Josephine Deanne Hernandez, 21, Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter said. Her city of residence was not available.
