A medical vehicle and another vehicle collided Tuesday morning in West Covina and two people were taken to a hospital.
Officers received a call about 3:15 a.m. of a vehicle into a building near the intersection of Francisquito and Sunset avenues. On arrival they spotted the site of a two-vehicle crash and one of the vehicles had collided with a gate, according to Lt. H. Clements of the West Covina Police Department.
Video from the scene showed the medical vehicle on its side. The make and model of the other vehicle was unclear.
The driver of the medical vehicle said the other driver ran a red light, ABC7 reported.
Two people were taken to a hospital in unknown condition. The cause of the crash was under investigation.
