Woman Fatally Shot In San Dimas

A woman was fatally shot Friday in San Dimas.

Deputies were dispatched about 11:10 a.m. to the 1100 block of Valley Center Avenue for a shooting death investigation, according to Deputy Eric Ortiz of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

The woman was pronounced dead at the scene, and further information was not immediately available.

Anyone with information about the shooting was urged to call the sheriff’s Homicide Bureau at 323-890-5500. Those wishing to report anonymously can call 800-222-TIPS.
