A La Crescenta man was identified as the person killed in a downtown crash in which a fire hydrant was sheared.
Patrick Galstians was 31-years-old, according to the coroner’s office.
The crash occurred near Fifth and Wall streets at about 3 a.m. Saturday, according to police.
