Police Tuesday circulated a photo of a dognapping suspect with pink eyebrows who took a Shetland sheepdog puppy from her owner’s downtown Los Angeles residence.

The woman entered the residence in the 800 block of South Grand Avenue around 2 p.m. on March 14 and left with the 4-month-old puppy, named Kali, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

The gray-and-white Sheltie has a white and pink mark on her nose and black patches around each eye, one blue and one brown.

The woman is described as Black, 30 to 35 years old, 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighing 130 to 140 pounds. She was wearing a dark colored jacket, purple Lakers shirt and red pants.

Anyone with information about her identity or whereabouts, or where the dog might be found, was asked to call LAPD Central Area Burglary detectives at 213-996-1862, or 1-877-527-3247 on off hours and weekends. Anonymous tips can be called into Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477 or submitted online at lacrimestoppers.org.
