A person driving a reportedly stolen vehicle led deputies on a multi-city pursuit that began in Perris and ended in Temecula Saturday.
Deputies responded to a residential burglary call at 7:04 a.m. in the 2700 block of Genuine Risk Street and learned that a car had been stolen from the home, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.
When deputies spotted the stolen vehicle, the driver allegedly attempted to flee and deputies chased the vehicle into Murrieta and eventually into Temecula, where the pursuit ended near the intersection of Dendy Parkway and Diaz Road.
Sheriff’s officials said the suspect, whose identity was not disclosed, was arrested peacefully.
