A fire near the Fashion District downtown has been upgraded Saturday to a greater alarm fire with 112 firefighters now assigned to the blaze.
Fire crews are in offensive firefighting operations against heavy fire at 784 S Crocker St.
The fire is now known as the Towne Fire, said Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Brian Humphrey.
Humphrey said no injuries have been reported.
