A man was shot to death early Monday morning in the Florence area of Los Angeles.
The shooting was reported at 12:48 a.m. at 127 1/2 E. 76th St., according to Lt. Angela McGee of the Los Angeles Police Department’s 77th Street Station.
A witness reported hearing gunshots and finding the victim, described as a man between the ages of 25 and 30, McGee said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
No suspect information or vehicle description was available, she said.
Investigators were conducting a crime scene investigation.
