A person was killed in a collision in Westchester Wednesday.
Officers from the California Highway Patrol were called at 2:46 a.m. to the southbound San Diego (405) Freeway and the Howard Hughes on ramp, said CHP Officer Elizabeth Kravig.
A CHP incident report stated the victim, who was pronounced dead at the scene, was ejected from the vehicle.
The crash closed the HOV lane and the Howard Hughes on ramp for an unknown duration.
