One driver was arrested for suspicion of possession of a loaded firearm, one for being an unlicensed driver with warrants and another for evading a peace officer, police said.

The operation, conducted on Saturday, resulted in 177 vehicles being cited for vehicle code violations, including loud/modified exhaust, 16 were inspected on-site for modified exhaust violations by a Bureau of Automotive Repair referee and one driver was cited for driving over 100 mph, police said.

Parts of the operation took place in coastal Orange County as well as near freeway and arterial access points to the coast.
