Five adults and one child were hospitalized after a head-on collision in Santa Ana Tuesday.
Firefighters were dispatched around 12:31 p.m. to South Bristol Street and West Edinger Avenue, according to the Orange County Fire Authority.
The Jaws of Life were used to help free one victim from the wreckage.
