Firefighters rescued a man who became stranded on a San Pedro cliff while trying to rescue his dog.
The rescue occurred near 2201 W. Warmoth St. around 7 p.m., according to Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Brian Humphrey.
The man was uninjured, Humphrey said.
