Authorities sought public assistance Friday in locating a 77-year-old man with Alzheimer’s disease last seen in Paramount.
Dexter Lyons was last seen in the 16600 block of Orange Avenue on Dec. 22 around 8 p.m., according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Deputies described Lyons as a 5-foot-10-inch tall Black man weighing 175 pounds with black and gray hair and brown eyes. He also has missing teeth. It was unclear what Lyons was wearing when he disappeared.
Sheriff’s officials said Lyons may have been heading toward a Circle K convenience store in the 16400 block of Orange Avenue when he vanished.
