A man was fatally shot Friday in an unincorporated area of Los Angeles County near Gardena, and an investigation was underway.
The crime occurred about 7:55 a.m. Friday near Crenshaw Boulevard and Rosecrans Avenue, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Information was not immediately available on the identity of the fatally wounded man, who died at the scene.
No arrests were reported, and no suspect information was released.
