A 63-year-old man who authorities say has been diagnosed with an unspecified mental health disorder that affects his cognition and who was reported missing after last being seen in Long Beach has been found.
Douglas R. Harwood was last seen walking in the 700 block of Chestnut Avenue around 11:30 a.m. Thursday, according to the Long Beach Police Department.
Harwood was found at 9:24 p.m. Thursday, the department said. There were no further details.
