A man was found dead Wednesday, face down in the water at MacArthur Park, authorities said.
Firefighters and paramedics were dispatched at 8:18 a.m. to the 2200 block of Sixth Street, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The man’s body was discovered in the northeast section of the water. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
No further information was immediately available.
