The public’s assistance was sought by authorities Wednesday in locating a 47-year-old man with an unspecified mental health disorder last seen in Sylmar.
According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, William Brian Kendall was last seen around 8:10 a.m. Tuesday near the intersection of Bledsoe Street and Olive View Drive.
Kendall was described as a 5-foot-7-inch white man weighing 200 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a pair of multicolored striped shorts.
