Police are continuing an investigation Thursday into a body that was found inside a dark-colored Toyota on West Covina.
West Covina Police Department officers responded at 7:05 p.m. Wednesday to a cul-de-sac on Fairgrove Avenue, east of Aroma Drive, on a call regarding someone seeing a body inside a car, Lt. Tim Rodgers told City News Service.
“Our officers responded to the location and found a deceased person inside the vehicle,” Rodgers said.
The victim’s name, gender and age were not immediately known.
Officers are in the process of attempting to identify the victim, Rodgers said.
