Authorities Sunday continued to investigate the death of a man who was fatally wounded during a vehicle-to-vehicle shooting in Carson.
The shooting was reported at about 7 p.m. Saturday in the 1200 block of East Artesia Boulevard, west of South Central Avenue, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department reported.
Deputies dispatched to the location saw a man inside a vehicle suffering from gunshot wounds. Arriving paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene.
Authorities said the victim was driving on Central Avenue when an occupant from a passing vehicle shot him. The suspects fled the scene.
