A fire in a residential structure in North Hollywood was knocked down Thursday.
The fire, reported around 8:30 a.m. Thursday, was burning in a one-story home at 5467 Satsuma Ave., by Vineland Avenue and Burbank Boulevard in North Hollywood, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
In an operation of under 20 minutes, it took 36 firefighters to confine and extinguish the flames, LAPD added.
No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire was under investigation.
