At least one person was killed in a multi-vehicle crash on the Riverside (91) Freeway in Riverside Saturday.
The crash occurred at 3:38 a.m.
California Highway Patrol officers responded to the westbound freeway and McKinley Street where they found the victim and the damaged vehicles, including a black semi with a white trailer, a black Honda Accord, a white Lexus and a white Toyota Camry, the Riverside CHP said.
It was unknown whether the victim died at the scene or if they were other injured victims.
The CHP issued a SigAlert for the closure of three lanes of the westbound freeway while they investigated the cause of the collision.
