A handgun was recovered at a traffic stop in Long Beach, authorities said Saturday.
The traffic stop occurred at about 10:25 p.m. Friday in the 1300 block of Dawson Avenue, the Long Beach Police Department reported.
Officers recovered a handgun during their investigation and the suspect was arrested, police said.
The investigation was ongoing, and no further information was immediately available.
