Two people were injured when an ambulance overturned on the Santa Monica (10) Freeway Saturday.
Paramedics from the Los Angeles Fire Department and officers from the California Highway Patrol responded at approximately 1:45 a.m. to the westbound freeway near the Overland Avenue exit, where they found the victims and the ambulance crash, CHP Officer Elizabeth Kravig told City News Service.
It was not known whether the victims were taken to a hospital for treatment.
The crash briefly closed all lanes of the westbound freeway for approximately 30 minutes.
