A search was underway Friday for a 21-year-old woman with the mental capacity of a 12-year-old who went missing from the city of Industry.
Sarah Powell was last seen at 12:58 a.m. Friday on Fellowship Street at Griffith Avenue, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Powell is white, 5 feet, 7 inches tall, 170 pounds with straight black hair and blue eyes. She was wearing a brown beanie, blue hoodie, black dress, yoga pants and brown heels, sheriff’s officials said. She requires daily medication.
