A 69-year-old man was charged Wednesday with raping a 93-year-old relative in Orange.
Phuong Hoang Khong was charged with single felony counts each of rape, sexual penetration by foreign object and force, forcible oral copulation and inflicting injury on an elder adult. Khong pleaded not guilty Wednesday and was ordered to return to court for a pretrial hearing March 7 in the Central Justice Center in Santa Ana.
Kkhong was accused of attacking the woman on Jan. 6. Police were called Monday, leading to the defendant’s arrest.
