A motorcyclist was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Lake Elsinore Tuesday.
Deputies were dispatched around 12:15 p.m. Tuesday to the intersection of Railroad Canyon Road and Church Street and found a motorcyclist lying in the roadway, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office.
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene, authorities said.
His name was being withheld pending notification of relatives. Sheriff’s officials said drugs and alcohol were factors leading to the fatal crash.
