Police Saturday are continuing their investigation of a shooting in the Eastside neighborhood of Long Beach, police said Saturday.
Long Beach Police Department officers responded to the 1100 block of Raymond Avenue at approximately 12:42 a.m. Friday regarding a shots fired call. When officers arrived at the scene, they found evidence indicating that a shooting had occurred, according to the police department.
There were no injuries reported, and the suspect(s) fled prior to officers’ arrival, police added. Suspect information and the motive for the shooting are under investigation.
